moving to dd 1.10
moving to dd 1.10
hi,
i am trying to move from dd version 1.09 to 1.10. everything seems to work just fine, except that in each case i want to read a dxf or dwg file, the oddbhostappservices::readfile(...) function returns with an unknown error. i can't figure out what has been changed - in version 1.09 i did not have this problem. is it the new odpassword argument? (should that matter at all?) or some change i just haven't noticed? (i tend to overlook some simple things:-)
any idea?

did you try one of dd examples or it was your own code? it happens for any files or just to one particular file?
btw, odpassword is an optional parameter, it could be specified for password proteted files
the dd examples worked fine, it was my own code which stopped working when i switched from version 1.09 to version 1.10. my code still works fine when i use dd for export. i am using multithreaded dll-s, precompiled headers and the mfc library. i've tried to imitate as much as possible your code, but i may have overlooked some change.

assuming that you have correctly replaced both headers and libraries for your compiler and tryied "rebuild all":
what compiler do you use?

i have found my mistake: i simply forgot to make a necessary (for me) change in one of your header files.
sorry to keep you up with this; i've just felt lost: i had no idea where to look for the error.
