storing half size hard copies
good morning,
half size drawings (typically 11x17 here) are pretty handy, but they just end up in one large stack. anyone have a good idea for storing these in such a way that you can get to them fast?

we keep everything electronically, typically as pdf.
if you really like hard copies though, check out 11x17.com they have a lot of cool 11x17 paraphernalia.
i agree. a lot of my clients prefer the pdf's so i seldom have reproduction expenses.
i recently reviewed an elementary school and the architect provided me a copy of the entire set in pdf - to help communication since i am a contract plans examiner and the approved drawings are in another county.
