looks like the only thing salvagable might be the double axle trailer assembly. i trust this is not a salmon stream.
assuming this bridge was on private p[roperty, it makes you wonder how the concrete truck crossed the bridge to pour the foundation - 1 yard loads?

all you need is access to one side and a crane or a boom truck or a low point in the stream to cross over or perhaps another bridge downstream.
great photograph! i cannot believe someone would try to drive that trailer across that former bridge. this is a new and unexpected location for his new trailer home!
i saw a special on tv recently of a client with mega$$$$$$$$$$$$ who actually built a home over a flash flood draw in either new mexico or arizona. close to a 60 or 70 foot span i believe with some very hefty steel girders to say the least.
maybe this was the first attempt?
