i'm still trying to build the examples shipped with dwgdirect on a windows platform with gcc and i get thousands of undefined reference when linking
is there anybody using mingw, in which way ?

i know it's not a very good thing to answer my own post but i'm very surprised that nobody seems to use dwgdirect for mingw, so nobody can tell me the way he uses it

bartholet: dwgdirect libraries for mingw are intended just for cygwin mingw. otherwise you will get a lot of undefined references to variables/symbols/functions such as __errno, __imp_infinity, setjmp, (...)ctype etc. notice that most of them start with a double underscore, while mingw itself just defines _errno and so on.
however, yours is a common problem, it happened to me too. when i sought for a solution, google provided me with thousands of pages. i guess there's no way out but getting cygwin - unless you decide to discharge mingw.
well, i still think open source rocks and hope this helps you.
