slant angle in mtext is not recognised
i am using version 2.4.2 of the libraries.
on a file i have received there are numerous very small slant angles written in the form 3.5e-20 that are not handled correctly.
for example a line such as:
{\fcourier new|b0|i0|c0|p18;\q3.589e-020;now is the hour}
will display 'e-20; now is the hour' in the oda mfc application.
autocad will display this as 'now is the hour'.

i copied your text to one of my files and it still happens in the latest release so it might be a bug.
