oddbmpolygon::hatch () has incorrect looptypes
the attached file contains a mpolygon with two loops.
one with looptype inner and one with outer looptype.
the resulting oddbhatch has two loops with kpolyline.
shouldn磘 one loop get the looptype koutermost or kexternal ?

loop type is bit-coded. it may be for example kexternal | kpolyline.
how the loop flags are set is up to application which created the entity (hatch or mpolygon). the flags are important for island detection (which area should be filled and which not).
for example if an inner loop has kexternal flag than island detection style has no effect (untill you edit a loop and the flags are recalculated by autocad).
where is something wrong with mpolygon entity in your sample. if in autocad you edit one of loops a bit than only inner area is filled.
