hi, i got some trouble, too.
when i read any proxy entity, i exploedfff"> it and display its sub items to our cad platform. but for the same dwg file, i got two different result. as show in "debug.jpeg" it done very well, but in the "release.jpeg" you can see the differents (i highlight the error places with red line box).
the code here is the same, and i have two build configurations: debug & releas.
and the setting is same too, i linked the static librarys:
dd_vc6md_gi.lib dd_vc6md_acisrenderer.lib dd_vc6md_acisbuilder.lib dd_vc6md_modelergeometry.lib dd_vc6md_acis.lib dd_vc6md_db.lib dd_vc6md_ge.lib dd_vc6md_root.lib
and i am sure i linked the right librarys in different build configurations.
b.t.w. the error phenomenons are uncertain in release edition. you know, there are several proxy entities (have same shape) in the dwg file. some time this proxy entity will get wrong, but other time the others will be wrong.
ok, could you tell me how to resolve this problem? if i can not use "explode", which way i can take to read the graphic data of these proxy entities.
b.t.w, does this forum has limits of size for attatchment? i can not upload the example .dwg file here.

hello, vinton. we are updating our forum software, and we accidentally forgot to turn on dwg upload. it is now enabled, and it has a 5 mb limit. please try to keep the size of uploads reasonable.
