exception in safeopenobject()
exception in safeopenobject()
im geting a problem in safeopenobject(). following line throws an exception...
->getlayertableid().safeopenobject(oddb::kforread );
i just upgraded my project to unicode and upgraded dwg from 1.14 to dwg2.0.3 but still i was getting the same exception and when i upgraded to dwg2.02 the error remains intact.
what should i do? this roblem is bugging me for a long time now...

its throwing an exception "ewaserased".
layer table was erased?
what are you doing with it?
perhaps you can localize the problem, and send us a simple sample to reproduce the problem? (or, better, modify our sample and post modification)

don't look at me like that... i just defined unicode to my previously non unicode project and upgraded it... till the time it was non-unicode this function was working fine... jus after doing this i'm getting an exception... is it a problem of unicode?

hmm thank anyways ...i guess not a problem of unicode as safeopenobject() as it is working fine when i use ->getmodelspaceid.safeopenobject().
