api - repositioning detail view

hi all,
iam trying to reposition drawing views which i could able to achieve using apis. but when i try to use the same api to reposition a detail view, i face a problem - detail view though getting repositioned but it is not getting positioned where it is supposed to be by the co-ordinate values. it is assuming some random values, can anybody help me in this regard, its really urgent for me.

i just use the arrow keys to move each view. you can adjust the arrow offset value in tools>options. the arrow keys also work for moving dimensions and notes too.

kindly understand the problem & provide reply. the problem is related to api - solidworks application programming interface. not just using arrow keys & moving the views. any ways thanks for your attempt to answer the question.
