hi,
we are often getting the error message whenever a new sw session is started.
error msg "sldfuncfeat cannot be loaded. either the add-in or one of its
component is missing".
can anyone provide some solution to fix this issue at the earliest.

check the knowledge base for solution s-03142. that dll did not get registered properly during install.

that is an error related to featureworks add-in, but it does not even need to be useable or on your sw installation.
the most likely cause is your login username does not have administrative rights, turn them on and it should fix the problem. if not do a repair install on sw
the license is pulled across the server "network". so individual seats no need to register. everyone has the administrative rights too...
