problem about oddbmtext
when oddbmtext entity contains multi-byte char(for example, chinese),then
drawing that contain such entity can only be processed by autocad r17.0+.
for example:
i have a mtext,it content is "附注：1、本图尺寸均以厘米计。".
1. if it save to autocad r17.0+,then everything ok;
2. but if save to below r17.0,then it change to:
"\m+0b8bd\m+0d7a2\m+0a3ba1\m+0a1a2\m+0b1be\m+0cdbc \m+0b3df\m+0b4e7\m+0bef9\m+0d2d
4\m+0c0e5\m+0c3d7\m+0bcc6\m+0a1a3".
this seems to be mif code,we can using list command to see it.
this may caused by codepage, because i know, "\m+0xxxx" should be
"\m+5xxxx" for chinese.
3. for oddbtext,no this problem.
(i use dwgdirect 2.04.2 for vc6 mt)
