how do i create a thumbnail/preview?
hi,
sorry if this is a query already answered elsewhere in the forum, but i can't seem to find what i want.
when i open the odamfcapp in the examples, and then go to open a dwg file to load in, there is a preview option. now, some of the files in my directory seem to have this preview available, and some don't. i'm not really sure why this is, but i would like to be able to save my files with a preview available, so that when i next want to open them i can see the preview first. i can see that there is a parameter in the writefile call to create a thumbnail, but when i set this true, i still don't seem to create one.
what exactly do i have to do, starting from where i have read in and displayed a normal dwg file?
