dwf roundtip export and import

some of our users have noticed a displacement in features of a dwg file in a round trip export and then import using the oda dwfimport and dwfexport libraries.
i've attached three files which demonstrate this:
1: export_to_dwf.dwg - the original file.
2: test_file.dwf - the intermediate dwf file.
3: imported_from_dwf.dwg - the dwf file imported to a dwg file.
i would have thought that files 1 and 3 should have identical geometries and overlay
each other perfectly. can someone from oda comment on this please?

first of all, you should use more recent format than dwf v00.42, to preserve initial view.
model coordinates in dwf file are not preserved - that is - only scale is preserved.
coordinates in dwf file are integers, so even shifted, they will not correspond to the original coordinates exactly.
