a good way to start is to perhaps do a search for structural engineering draughting services and the agencies should post some examples of their work.

some states' dot agencies post their own in-house developed engineering aids such as beam/column splice tables. i think ohio's dot is a good one. their standards are very useful.
one other source that i have found is on the usace web page. as much as i reference it in this forum, you would think i would be able to include it by now. try
