could anyone suggest me if the molybdenum can be welded to 321 ss?

i take it you mean electrodes with mo such as er316. for matching filler metals try aws d1.6. not sure if d1.6 covers 321.
fyi, there are fora for stainless steel, aws code issues, and welding, bonding and fastener engineering.
this esab link suggests it is. but please verify.
