welding notation
can someone give me a link or pdf of a crash course on how to put welding notation on structural detail? i want to do stitch welding and i am not so sure the proper way to label it. i can only understand the symbol a little bit from aisc lrfd (the flag, arrow, box, <, etc.) but it is not very clear. is there a welding detailing for dummies somewhere ?

blodgett has some good information on welding symbols, along with the wealth of information in the rest of his design of welded structures. at $15 new it is a good investment.
