tube moment connection to face of perpendicular tube
anyone know where i can find the formula for a moment connection from a square tube onto the face of a perpendicular square tube.
the connection is not seismic and supports dead and wind loads.
i cant seem to find it in the hss connections manual.

sorry, yes it is the formula for the welded connection that i am looking for.
there is a formula that allows for the flexible web effecting the stress distribution.
