i got by on the se 1 without doing any bridge-type problems. the exams are many times biased towards building structures vs. aashto.
there are numerous study books out there that you can purchase - check out the back classifieds on most engineering related magazines. try to balance your studies between: analysis, concrete, steel, wood, masonry, building codes. find out what code or codes your exam will cover by calling ncees. they (ncees) can also give you info on the exam - example problems, etc.
i agree with what jae has noted and will only add that you may find a nice study guide at professional publications inc (ppi) for the se exam. this book is similar to the now famous lindberg reference for the civil engineer's pe exam reference text. you can find ppi on the internet via a search engine, i don't recall the address.
