th analysis with sap
hi, there:
what should i do first to perform a th analysis of a model subject to initial displacement and velocity using sap2000? since sap only allows me to define initials as the end state of a previous th.
i'm user of sap2000nonlinear for a long time and i must admit i as suprised by your question.personally i don't think it's possible to do that.you can assign initial disp easily but not initial accel or vel.sorry
