how can i ditribute sismic load when the building has a flexible diaphragm?...i can use sap2000 or etabs...help me!

before using any program you need to understand how the structure works! otherwise you will not know if results are close to be realistic.

if i were in your shoes, i'd hire someone to do the design for me...
obtaining a copy of this book will be a very good start if you have an engineering background:
