seismic wt limiting width/thickness ratios
in the aisc seismic design manual, pgs 1-13 to 1-16, there are tables and some discussion of different types of members and their limiting width-thickness ratios for seismic design based on what type of framing is used. w-shapes, angles, hss, pipes, and gusset plates are covered, but no mention is made of wt shapes. is it that no wt meets seismic w/t ratios? i don't find mention of them anywhere...
