hello to all!
would you use asce-7 table 12-2-1 design coeff and factors for seismic force resisting systems to find r for an isolated perimeter masonry 8' h wall (barely a retaining wall with 2' of retained soil )? what value of r should it be?
on another note, what r have you guys used for equipment pad (genset)on vibration isolators?
i am hoping to get some legit answers from you guys! thanks in advance...
