how can i determinate the interaction diagrams of a generic rc section under n,mx,my?

for bi-axial bending you will need to assess the moments in each direction (both x-x & y-y) and design for single axis bending but with an increased moment. this will allow you to then construct your mn interaction diagram.
you concrete design code should outline a procedure for this. the place to look is under biaxial bending of columns. it is too protracted to type out the procedure here.
