punching shear in roof slab
hey all - i have a fully concrete building - beams and columns are moment frames, roof is a two way slab.
i have beams framing into each column in each direction. do i need to worry about the slab punching shear at the columns?? it seems like the beams framing in from 4 sides would serve as a drop panel of sorts. columns are 16x16 and beams are 12x12. thoughts?

just check shear for the beams and girders.
