you can check out this publication for free from the canadian institute of steel construction:
try crane manufacturer's association of america (cmaa) documents
cmaa 70 - top running bridge & gantry type multiple girder electric overhead traveling cranes
cmaa 74 - top runing & under running single girder electric traveling cranes utilizing under running trolley hoist.
section 3 of both documents gives structural requirements for design. there are multiple posts on this forum about crane design if you search for them.
