why would i consider pusuing this vs. an se?
ncees records program makes the process of obtaining licensure in other states by comity faster and easier (by enrolling and paying annual fees).
mlse designation appears to be "in addition" to the records program, if the applicant meets the listed criteria. certain licensed se's may not qualify as mlse due to slight shortage of units in college design courses.
the website doesn't really explain the benefit of acquiring this "designation".
