magazine article
about a 1/2 to 1 year ago there was an article on tips for steel framing layout for floor framing in a trade magazine (structure, structural engineer, modern steel construction, or other). does anybody recall the magazine or issue? thanks.

since you have personally seen the issue - how about checking back magazine issues in your company library.
modern steel construction july 2003 had an article "57 tips for reducing connection costs". very good article. the article i am thinking of was of similar nature, i.e. 50 tips for steel framing. i have the article in a saved issue, however, it is currently buried under 8 feet of boxes in storage (due to moving). anyway i am searching online.
