does anyone know what loadings code should be used/applied in samoa?

working in new zealand, thinking of my snow covered home...
check out our whitepaper library.
i think they use australian or nz standards.
samoa (not american samoa) has its own building code. i think they got help from australia in developing the code, but it is not as comprehensive or complex.
