in determining rsubb using equation 6-13a, "eta" is defined as 4.6*n1*e*b/vbarsubzbar.
i hope this isn't too obvious, but where is "e" defined????
i can't find it in section 6.3 and it isn't in table 6-2...

the symbol "e" was removed by an errata.
