glass deflection limits
i am designing a dome for a swimming pool for a hotel. it is an 8 sided dome, 64鈥?0鈥?across. the walls are 20鈥?0鈥?high and the roof is 4/12 pitch. there is a tension ring around the outside. the roof will be a plexiglas material and the walls will be a glass storefront.

my question is: what is the drift limit for the glass storefront?

...i had just had a post here that didn't get much action on the use of glass. i had done some research on its use and was not able to answer my own question but i can give you a place to look for your answer...astm e1300 has charts for glass and much of the information you might be able to use
