默认 elastomeric traffic bearing membrane

elastomeric traffic bearing membrane
we are looking at repairs for an existing parking garage, and want to specify an elastomeric traffic bearing membrane. i've spoken with sika, but they have nothing at the moment that is elastomeric. can anyone recommend a good manufacturer of an elastomeric traffic bearing membrane for use in a parking garage?
thanks.
here are three traffic bearing waterproofing products. i don't know if they are equivalent to each other or not:
neogard products:
pedagard or autogard
website:
assuming that repairs ended up being required for the concrete floor surface, the success of a waterproofing membrane bonded to this concrete surface is highly dependent upon the level of chloride intrusion in the concrete.
relatively inexpensive chloride content tests can be performed in order to determine whether concrete repairs will wind up being successful or not. if the cl- content is too high, then installing a waterproof membrane on the top slab surface could be a waste of your client's money, since it will not have much effect on the continuation of the electro-chemical corrosion cell and subsequent corrosion of reinforcement and concrete spalling.
if this is the case, then perhaps cathodic protection might be one of more effective options for significantly extending the life of the structure. not cheap...but effective.
we're ripping out a large area of slab and replacing it with a new slab. the existing construction consists of post-tensioned slabs on structural steel beams. the structural steel is in good shape, but the concrete is in horrible shape-massive corrosion and failure of tendons and their anchorages.
if it is "massive" damage - perhaps the slab gets totally replaced?
