deterministicf atigue analysis on platform

dear all,
i have been finishing the latest analysis of fatigue case of platform 4-legged.
the design criteria suggest to use deterministic fatigue regarding to data environmental wave load. the question is how do we adopt the prpperly wave load if the available data is provided, 100 yr , 10 yr and 1 yr return period.
i am appreciate for your advise.thanks.

i am in ireland and we use staad/pro with their offshore loading generator to do a deterministic fatigue analysis. the analysis is based on a log-linear wave exceedance curve, bi-linear s-n curve and either a single reference wave height with an assumed stress function relationship through the wave height. staad has ability to define user defined s-n curve which is what you need. the fatigue damage caluclation is based on miners cumultaive damage rule.
