pca notes on aci 318 usually has a few examples. check also the

tca's tilt-up construction and engineering manual is a good resource.
also, the aci code of standard practice manuals of some design examples, or at least my old version does.
in 1979, pca put out a design manual entitled "tilt-up load-bearing walls". this was a design aid/engineering bulletin.
very helpful with lots of design tables and theory.
also, from pca's "design notes on 318-77" there was a good design example on page 22-18 thru 22-37.
