design guide for flush bolted end plate beam moment connecti
aisc has a design guide (no. 4) for extended end plate bolted moment connection, but i need some kind of guide to design moment connections but using flush end plate, is any document out there for this? static load connections.

i believe there is a detailed, worked example of that in the latest edition of salmon & johnson's "steel structures - design and behavior"
