cross bridging for ewj
i am interested in the "best" way to detail cross bridging for engineered wood joists (ewj).
i understand that it is not prefered by the joist manufactuurers but in some cases (very high performance expectations) i want to have it installed.
what details work best or have fewest problems?
i find occasions when i need to specify this after construction, so please distinguish between those details for new construction and existing.
