connections/details and relative costs reference
while reading this steeltips:
common steel erection problems and suggested solutions
i found that lot of the problem statements and solutions were backed by data taken from a referred steeltips:
"steel connections/details and relative costs"
(steel tips), the steel committee of california,
walnut creek, california, 1986.
i tried to find this reference (google and aisc site) without luck. can you please tell me whether it has been renamed/updated since '86 and how it can be found (who maintains it?) because information from it seems to be very valuable and i would like to read more about the details it describes.

yes i have. in fact i have access to most of the tips listed there, but not this one.
