i will appreciate if you suggest to me specifications, web sites or any reference related to blast resistant design, eg explosion due to fire, aeroplane jets, bomb,etc

it's a dod book on blast resistant design. the arny, navy, and air force each give it a different name.

try a product called bi-steel developed by corus. tests were done on it using explosive shells for the uk military
there is an asce publication titled design of blast resistant structures in petrochemical facilities (isbn 0-7844-0265-5).
