wires for this specification do not have mechanical properties other than those specified by the purchaser. the chemical composition and dimensional properties are the controlling factors in manufacture of this product.
astm a 510 refers you to astm a 370 (and several other astm standards) for the types of metallurgical tests used to determine mechanical properties of a given wire type.
