anchor bolt chair design
i am looking for good resources covering the design of base plates and anchor bolt chairs for cylindrical structures (i.e. stacks and vessels). i have some references, but each reference has it's pro's and con's. is there a complete resource available?

the reference that i use, and is referenced by the api 650 standard for oil tanks is:
steel plate engineering data, volume 2 - useful information on the design of plate structures, part vii - anchor bolt chairs
this publication is available from the american iron and steel institute (aisi) for a very reasonable cost.
another standard reference is:
structural analysis and design of process equipment , by jawaad and faar. the publisher is wiley. isbn # 0-471-09207-x
