aisc section a4 load factor
note that the coefficient only applies to live load (l) not to any of the other terms. in a4-3 to a4-5 the load factor for the live load (l) is less than one. the others retain their stated load factor.
this is actually an increase in the load factor due to the nature of public facilities.
