solvent for silicone oil but not silicone coating
i am looking for a solvent to remove silicone oil dielectric from electronic assemblies within a hv transmitter tank. the catch is it must not also dissolve silicone conformal coating on circuit boards. must be compatible with most electronic components. also has to conform with current emission laws.
