i'm in north america, and i use em jorgensen for steel orders, and integris for aluminum. emj carries 17-4, but in imperial sizes only (i see your numbers are just converted from metric). find a food/chemical processing company or a petrochemical extraction business, those industries use lots of stainless grades.
