power load flow calculations
i trying to learn to do some basic load flow calcs; i have
1 bus ( 13.8kv ) with two sources --- a utility supply of a 30mva/z=10% transfo and a plant generator of 20mva/16mw/x"=12%. the load connected on this same bus is 20mw/25mva/motor x'=15%. the impedance connecting the load to the main bus is z1= .01+j.02 ohms.
there is also a 2nd plant generator,also at 13.8kv ,10mva/8mw/x"=11% ; it is connected to the main bus via an impedance z2= .01+j.02 ohms.
how does one calc the current ( phase and mag) from each
of the three sources ? and the active ( p ) and reactive ( q) power from each source ?
