iso 9001.2000 six documented procedures
having ben given the task of developing/writing a quality management system, i was wondering if anyone could share with me templates for the 6 procedures required by iso 9001.2000 ie
1. document control
2. quality records
3. nonconforming material
4. internal audit
5. corrective action
6. preventive action

this is a tall order, as iso9001:2000 procedures are going to vary greatly based on organization, products, industry, ect. this isn't something you can place into a neat little template.

you may wish to look into having a consultant help you with this.

as stated elsewhere, iso 9000 does not have strict requirements or templates.
what matters is what your procedures are and whether you follow them. if your procedure says to use napkin paper to document your drawings and you follow that procedure consistently, you're compliant.

i recommend that you refer to the requirements of the iso9001 for document control, audit, etc... and you try to reply to each of those requirements specifically to the organisation of your company. you will never find standard procedures!
generally a procedure shall describe actions to be undertaken, who is responsible, how,... it may includes standard forms to be used.
