standard for numbering notes
i've been looking for a standard that controls the numbering and renumbering of notes at time of drawing revision.
mil-std-100, dod-std-100
when you delete a note on a dwg, you do not renumber the notes. after deletion, you add "removed" in place of the note and list what the note was in the rev change.
