unhandled exception with oddbentity_dumper
i'm just a beginner to using the direct libraries. im trying to use some of the odreadex code in a vc++ mfc test application.
specifically the dumping code. so far ive attached the necessary code to my project from odreadex and am experiencing an unhandled exception in the kernel32.dll.
this occurs in dbdumper::dumpentity (dbdumper.cpp)
at the line "odsmartptr<oddbentity_dumper> pentdumper = pent;"
since ive got it working using the odreadex.dsw, i dont really understand why it doesnt work in my workspace.
help much appreciated.
found the problem. wasnt initialising the protocolextension objects. when i did it worked like a charm.
no help needed now thanks.
