text not rendering correctly in 2.3.1
hi,
i have a number of drawings with asian text which correctly rendered using dwgdirect 1.14.02, but do not render correctly with dwgdirect 2.3.1. this problem can be seen with odamfcappdll using the attached drawings. both the dwg and the dxf drawings exhibit the same problem.
how can i rectify this problem?

acad2007 (2008) renders your files not correctly also. text in drawing is in mbcb coding (932) whereas drawing code page is 1252. so there is no way to convert text to unicode right. change ansi_1252 to ansi_932 in dxf file is resolve problem but it is not universal method.

these drawings were created with autocad 2004. is autcad 2007 not able to render autocad 2004 drawings correctly?

there are some problems in acad 2007 with support internationall text in previous version drawing. not always such text is rendered right.
