any body now where i can find the spatialmodeler and its documentation?

sorry for delay with answer, i was 'out of office'. we are about new release, it will be available in few nearest days. spatial modeller should be requested additional. i'll email you drx module after release (module sources available from our svn). you should replace original modelergeometry.drx with new one and it uses spatial 16 sp7.
