hello,
in odamfcapp, the way you use to render a drawing is a little bite slow (compared to viewkit).
i just want to know, if it will be faster in the next release, if i have to find an other way to render a drawing quickly or if there is something else to do.

rendering speed will be improved in next release but to make your viewer really fast it would be better to have device dependent cache (win metafile, gl-list etc.) to perform fast zoom, pan...
actually dd internal code performs regen operation.
sample devices will be improved too but not in upcoming release (concerning device dependent caching)
