odx3.02 - getattributes function of iacadblockreference
this function seems to work ie no 'not implemented error' in odx3.02 but it is not returning any attributes from the block reference. i am presuming that it is supposed to return a variant array as per autodesk's object model. is this a bug or is it still not implemented.

this is working. one other member was having a similar problem, that seemed to be occuring because he had installed the control from an account that did not have adminstrator rights. installing on another machine using an account with admin rights seemed to fix it for him.
